Breakfast Croissant Pizza
1 can Pillsbury Croissant Dough
6-8 pieces of cooked bacon, broken into large pieces
1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
1/4-1/2 cup grated cheese
Caribeque All Purpose Rub
Diced green onion (optional)
Get your grill up and running (or your oven), and preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using a medium size cookie sheet, lightly grease with cooking spray. Open the croissant dough and carefully unroll it keeping it all together. Place the dough onto the greased cookie sheet and using your hands, pinch the perforated pieces together and press the dough out making it a larger rectangle without letting it get too thin. Make sure there are no holes or your eggs will run out of the dough. Gently roll the sides of the dough up, doing it for all 4 corners to form a crust. Careful not to break the yolk, crack the eggs on top of the dough all throughout the dough. Next, sprinkle the sausage evenly over the crust but not onto the top of the yolk. Place the pieces of bacon on next, spreading throughout the whole pizza. Sprinkle the entire thing with the cheese, salt, fresh ground pepper and a light dusting of Caribeque All Purpose Rub.
Bake your breakfast pizza at 350 degrees f for 20 or so minutes, or until the croissant crust is golden brown and the eggs are cooked to your liking. Once it is done, remove from the grill and add diced green onions on top if desired and slice into squares. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
