Drunken Pickle Glaze Baby Back Ribs

Baby Back Ribs
Caribeque Smack Sauce
Caribeque Honey Heat Rub
1 strained Cup of Pickle Juice
2 Cups packed Light brown sugar
1 Tablespoon powdered Ginger
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 oz Rum
Rub the ribs with Caribeque Smack Sauce as a binder.
Cover ribs with Honey Heat Rub
Put ribs on the Pitbarrel Cooker for about 3 hours or until they reach 200°F
Simmer all glaze ingredients until the brown sugar melts and the rum cooks down a little (About 10 minutes)
When ribs are finished, brush with glaze. Be careful not to ruin the beautiful rib bark!
