Fig Jam Prosciutto Brie

Wheel of Brie
Fig Jam- other jams could also be used
1- Arrange prosciutto in a circular layer- overlapping the pieces
2- Place Brie cheese in the middle of the meat
3- Spread Fig Jam onto the top of the cheese
4- Fold pieces up onto the cheese- covering it
5- Place cheese on a sheet- I used the Yukon Glory flat pan
6- Place in a grill/smoker set at 225
7- I cooked until the cheese felt soft and melty. It took about 30 minutes.
