2 racks of pork ribs
Caribeque Honey Heat and AP rub
Five Monkeys BBQ Sauce
Preheat Traeger to 275.
Rub ribs with mustard as binder. Cover liberally with both rubs.
Smoke for 3 hours.
Remove from smoker. Combine apple juice, butter and BBQ sauce and rub onto ribs.
Wrap and return to smoker for 90 minutes bone side down.
Remove from smoker, let rest. Cut and enjoy!
