1 bag of Brussels sprouts
Zest of one Lemon
Juice of Half a Lemon
1 tablespoon of finely chopped Fresh dill
5 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
- Roast Brussels Sprouts at 375 for 30 mins or until outer leaves start to crisp.
- While sprouts are roasting – in a small mixing bowl mix Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, oil, and mix together until combined.
- Remove Brussels spouts and place on a serving board
- Place aioli into a small bowl and serve alongside Brussels sprouts
