Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Brussels sprouts

  • Zest of one Lemon

  • Juice of Half a Lemon

  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Fresh dill

  • 5 oz Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Roast Brussels Sprouts at 375 for 30 mins or until outer leaves start to crisp.
  • While sprouts are roasting – in a small mixing bowl mix Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, oil, and mix together until combined.
  • Remove Brussels spouts and place on a serving board
  • Place aioli into a small bowl and serve alongside Brussels sprouts
