1 Pineapple Cut Into Wedges
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce Frank’s Red Hot, Cholula or Sriracha, to Taste
Cinnamon to Taste (about 1 Teaspoon)
Cilantro Chopped, to Garnish
- Prep Steps
- In a small dish, mix together sesame oil, lime juice, and hot sauce. Brush the pineapple with the mixture.
- Sprinkle both sides of the pineapple with cinnamon.
- Grill Steps
- On a very hot grill, grill pineapple wedges for 3-4 minutes on each side, just long enough to get a little color.
- Squeeze fresh lime on top and garnish with cilantro.
