Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Top Sirloin Steak

  • 8 Ounces Fresh Pineapple

  • 1/4 Red Onion

  • 1 Small Red Bell Pepper

  • 1 Small Orange Bell Pepper

  • 1 Scallion Thinly Sliced

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  • Hawaiian Steak Marinade
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

  • 5 Cloves Garlic Minced

  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger Minced

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir as you bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once it reaches a simmer, remove from heat and let sit until it cools.

  • Place the tray with skewers in the grill. Flip the skewers, and grill until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145 F (for medium doneness) and the vegetables are tender.
